2026年度 ICOI 国際口腔インプラント学会 日本支部総会・学術大会は、2026年11月14日（土）・15日（日）の2日間、東京・新宿のベルサール新宿南口にて開催いたします。大会長として、皆様のご参加を心より歓迎申し上げます。
近年、インプラント治療はデジタル技術や材料の進歩により大きく発展し、より安全で予知性の高い治療が可能となりました。一方で、日本は世界でも類を見ない超高齢社会を迎えており、私たち歯科医療に求められる役割も変化してきています。高齢化が進む社会においては、長期的な口腔機能の維持を見据えながら、患者様の全身状態や生活背景を考慮した治療選択がこれまで以上に重要になっています。
本大会のテーマは“Minimalism in Implant Dentistry – What Do Patients Really Want?”
“ミニマリズムインプラント治療 ― 患者が本当に求めているものとは？ ”です。
インプラント治療においては、単に高度な治療を行うことだけが目的ではありません。患者様にとって本当に価値のある治療とは何かを見極め、過度な侵襲や過剰な治療を避けながら、必要十分な治療を提供することが、これからのインプラントロジーに求められていると考えています。
本大会では、国内外で活躍する臨床家・研究者をお招きし、デジタル技術、低侵襲治療、補綴設計、長期予後など、さまざまな視点から「これからのインプラント治療」について議論したいと考えております。また、超高齢社会におけるインプラント治療の意義や、患者中心の医療としてのインプラントロジーのあり方についても考える機会となることを期待しております。
さらに、本大会が歯科医師のみならず、歯科衛生士、歯科技工士、学生の皆様にとっても学びと交流の場となり、新たな知見やネットワークが生まれる機会となることを願っております。

The Sinus Optimization Strategy (SOS) proposes a streamlined, graftless approach to sinus elevation designed to reduce complications, shorten healing time, and enhance predictability in implant dentistry. This concept focuses on maximizing the natural osteogenic potential of the Schneiderian membrane and surrounding sinus walls, allowing clinicians to achieve vertical bone gain without the routine use of grafting materials. By emphasizing atraumatic membrane handling, precise pre-operative diagnostics, and controlled intra-sinus space creation, SOS reframes the sinus lift as a biologically driven process rather than a graft-dependent procedure. Clinical observations suggest that minimizing foreign materials may reduce postoperative inflammation, membrane perforation risk, and graft-related morbidity, while still supporting stable implant integration. The SOS framework provides clinicians with a simplified, biologically conservative pathway for managing posterior maxillary atrophy, one that prioritizes patient comfort, procedural efficiency, and long-term implant success.
